That about sums up my mood today!

Yesterday’s Workout – Chest and Shoulders:

  • Flat bench 5X5
  • Incline DB Press 4X8
  • Incline Flies 5X5
  • Cable crossovers: 4X8 Supersetted with pushups to failure
  • DB Shoulder press: 5X5
  • Lateral raises: 4X8
  • Rear Delt Raises: 4X8

Cardio: 30 minutes 4.0mph, 8% incline on the tredmill.

Meals: Low day, on plan 🙂

I decided to break out my new ktichen toy (aka the magic bullet) and make a slushie last night for a “treat”. In other words I was avoiding boredom eating at all costs. I blended about a cup and ahalf of spirte zero with ice and raspberry ice crystal light to taste. It was surprsingly delish!

In other news, I think I”ll do Lisa’s 30 days of Enlightenment with her, just to give me something to talk abotu for 30 WHOLE DAYS. I’ll start Monday. 🙂
