Easter Eggs

Posted: April 25, 2011 in Uncategorized

…. Prep style!

Grilled peppers, onions and zucchini with egg whites and a ton of seasonings.

…. Totally the same as cadbury mini eggs right?

Yeah no, but totally hit the spot regardless.

Especially with this as “dessert”??

A FULL serving of oats… With banana and cinnamon!

Oh high days I love you!

…. I also love the fact that despite seeing snowing and it being super cold Saturday I went to the gym yesterday like this:

And then coming home to a wonderful smelling Easter dinner all cooked and ready to nom nom?

I cut up my serving and tossed it into a salad bowl sized salad with romaine and roasted veggies.

Oddly a very nice Easter Sunday.

Hope everyone got to spend lots of time with family and friends!

How was your Easter? Do you celebrate?

  1. Cadbury eggs are my favorite too. You are so strong minded getting through missing them. I think sometime when you aren’t in your prep stage-I will come to Montreal and cook some protein pancakes and we can eat them and Cadbury eggs all day long.

  2. I eat my oats like that every day! I have zero variety in the morning & afternoon and love it. LOL! How long until the big show?!? It’s gotta be comin up soon right?

  3. I spend Easter with my fiances family trying to avoid questions about my diet and eating a decilious turkey salad with oodles of vegetables. I’m saving my Cadbury Creme Eggs for a treat day, they will be worth the wait. 6 more weeks til contest prep and I’m so excited!

I need your will power. I was a bad girl this Easter weekend. But, I’m not in prep either and gave myself a little lee-way. Back on the wagon!!

My Easter was good. I hit up the gym and I was the first person there. Hhaha. How embarrassing. I guess I somewhat celebrate Easter. My mom does since she’s religious, but I’m just like, “Can I have food and some candy?”

  6. I think I would have rather had your Easter dinner than what I ate yesterday…my stomach still hurts from sugar overload. Why do I let people guilt me into eating crap?!

I like your prep style lil Easter feast! The oats look so creamy and yummy 🙂
