PB&J Egg Whites

It’s a crazy day… I’m clearly posting this mega early and I’m clearly heading out mega early.

I’m off to Sussex for a coordinator meeting with the heads of all our cities. Fun fun fun.

Since I’m short on time I figured I’d answer an easy question from the other day:

“What are peanut butter and jam egg white?”

Besides delicious!?

This is something I ate in prep before bed. So simple, so easy, yet so tasty (for me!)

A “serving” for me"":

4 egg whites

16G pb

about tbsp SF jam

Cook whites, either scrambled or like a pancake if lazy. Top with pb. Top with jam. Mix up. Eat, enjoy.

Done!

    Thank you!!! Egg whites are my best friend these days… for some reason I’m just not feeling meat. I like to mix egg whites with pumpkin, splenda and cinnamon for a pumpkin pie like protein meal.
